Zoom Lounge Series
Dates: June 4th, 11th, 18th, 2021
The Zoom Lounge Series consisted of three virtual events relating to our three pillars: Professional, Academic, and Social.
The Professional Zoom Lounge allowed SPP members to gain insights into the work experiences of SPP alumni and industry professionals to help them learn and understand their interests and potential pathways!
The Academic Zoom Lounge consisted of a panel of 4th-year Schulich students, discussing their academic journeys, as well as their past internship experiences!
The Social Zoom Lounge was a fun and dynamic social networking event for SPP members to interact with other Schulich peers and make friends in a virtual world.
Recruitment Mixer

In light of our 2021/2022 Executive Recruitment season, SPP hosted its very first recruitment mixer for Schulich students to learn more about the many opportunities offered through SPP and our initiatives to help students grow and prosper within the Schulich community.
Mock Interviews
Date: March 11, 2021
Mock Interviews was an exciting opportunity for SPP members to hone their interview skills by participating in a mock interview with company representatives! In addition to putting their skills into action, they received an opportunity to learn about how to succeed in an interview with a workshop hosted by KPMG, which was followed by a one-on-one mock interview and networking session!
Pimp my Resume

SPP’s flagship event, Pimp my Resume, offered first and second-year Schulich students the great opportunity to learn from a Career Development Centre speaker about key resume-building and receive one-on-one resume feedback from an experienced upper-year SPP mentor.
The Art of Networking
Date: January 25, 2021
In partnership with Wyked Connections, The Art of Networking consisted of a panel and networking session with diverse industry professionals from Queen’s, Schulich, and Western Ivey who spoke on tips/tricks for successful networking pre- and post-COVID.
THRIVE Case Competition and Conference
Date: November 3 and 4, 2020
SPP's annual conference & case competition, THRIVE, was packed with insightful workshops, panels with professional industry reps and an exciting case competition to help the first and second years to grow academically, professionally, and socially.
Matching Day
Date: October 10, 2020
SPP's annual Matching Day allowed mentors and mentees to socialize with each other for the first time in a social setting. This event was filled with many team bonding games and opportunities for first-years to gain advice from their upper-year mentors to succeed in their first year at Schulich.
